I am overwhelmed with the amount of work pending in my in-tray 8) and they all refer to Quebec people... these people from that part of Canada are unbelievable... first they didn't want to convert to the online database, then they wanted to, and now they are.. and they want us to upload everything in a rush as if they are the only people we provide our services for..... besides all of that, they don't speak straight english, I have trouble translating their application forms... couleur des cheveux -- chatain (i had to go to a french translation website to find what chatain means, and found out it's "black", and it only refers to a hair color, so if your eyes is black, it's not chatain, its blanc?).... arrfff!
